- Harvested in a method that ensures limited bycatch on non-target and endangered species.
- Harvested in ways that limit damage to marine or aquatic habitats and negative interactions with other species.

Lionfish
- Invasive species and voracious eater that has been introduced to tropical waters around the world. The Lionfish has no natural predators and an insatiable appetite that is destroying reef systems around the world. Lucky for us they are delicious to eat high in Omega 3 and low in mercury. Lionfish can be found on our menu in multiple preparations.
Red King Crab
- The large size and attractive taste of the red king crab make it one of the most valuable and sought-after fisheries species in the north Pacific and the true King of the Crabs. Despite its value, the red king crab fishery is generally considered to be well managed, and the species is not currently one of concern
Yellowfin (local)
- S. wild-caught Atlantic yellowfin tuna is a smart seafood choice because it is sustainably managed and responsibly harvested under U.S. regulations. The Yellowfin is managed under the 2006 Consolidated Atlantic Highly Migratory Species Fishery Management Plan and amendments which require commercial fishermen to have a permit to harvest yellowfin tuna and include gear restrictions, time and area closures, minimum size limits have helped keep this tasty fish in healthy populations and on our menu.
Mahi Mahi
- Mahi Mahi is a delicious fish, served wonderfully in a number of ways. That’s a great thing for us because in the Atlantic and Gulf Region Mahi Mahi is a best choice for sustainability. Also known as the Dolphinfish or Dorado, Mahi Mahi is a resilient and sustainable species as it is fast growing, has a short life-cycle, and is not subject to excessive fishing pressure.
Albacore
- S. wild-caught Atlantic yellowfin tuna is a smart seafood choice because it is sustainably managed and responsibly harvested under U.S. regulations. Managed under the 2006 Consolidated Atlantic Highly Migratory Species Fishery Management Plan and amendments commercial and recreational fishermen must have a permit to harvest North Atlantic albacore tuna. Other restrictions helping keep these amazing fish in healthy populations are annual quotas, gear restrictions, time & area closures.
