Along with an array of fresh, sustainable catches (like coal-grilled cobia), the menu features sushi, ceviche (including lionfish), hot plates (try the butter-poached king crab legs with caviar) and entrees (whole steamed Florida pompano and grilled lamb chops with mint chimichurri).”
